Cancellation Policy
Cancelling is meant to be simple. This page explains how to stop a subscription and what happens next.

How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time using any of the following, depending on how the service is delivered:
- Reply to stop — where a service is delivered by message, you can typically cancel by replying with the stop keyword (for example, “STOP”) as indicated in the service messages.
- Account or service controls — where an account or self-service option is provided, you can manage or cancel your subscription there.
- Contact us — reach our team through the unsubscribe page or contact form and we will help.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, access to a paid service generally continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and no further charges will apply for that subscription.
Effect on billing
Cancelling prevents future charges for the cancelled subscription. Charges already applied are handled under our Refund Policy. For carrier-billed subscriptions, timing may also depend on your operator’s billing cycle.
Reactivation
You are welcome back at any time. If a service is still available in your market, you can subscribe again by following the normal opt-in process.
Involuntary cancellation
A subscription may end without your request — for example, after repeated failed payments, if a service is discontinued in your market, or where required to comply with operator rules or applicable law. We aim to give reasonable notice where practical.
